Columns resize narrowed the table width in 4.3.0 #2493

When you resize columns, the table width decreases.

Create a table with e.g. two or 4 rows and columns
Resize the table width
Now, resize any column, to each column resizing, the table width decreases a little.

This has been fixed in master and should be in the 4.3.1 release soon. Thanks for the report.
