• tipi doesn't create any empty .git folder anymore ( i.e. instead a build/.tipistore )

• Locales enforced to sane default when not set on the system (fix remote build crashes)

Know issues

• Local live build with monitor on windows seems to have some issues on some windows setup ( related to project with many dependencies ).
