seems to fix issue #7.
Orc/discountatb9c8403for whatever reason wasn't findingstrcasecmpw/o astrings.h. latest seems to configure correctly on osx 10.8 (and presumably on 10.7.x and solaris), generating amkdio.hthat gets picked up correctly again.
