Test all the things

Now that the monstrosity that is 1c31347 is merged, I need to do extensive validation that the two different CRISPR libraries are doing what I think they should be doing. This issue will track the necessary tests that need to be built.

• test grow() with some fake cells, make sure it is behave properly
• test select() for Facs screens
• test select() for Growth screens
• test auroc functions with fake data
• transfection for growth screens
• transfection for facs screens
• command line behavior
