Allow translation of DataTables strings
User field and course field filters clean the form data with PARAM_INT instead of PARAM_BASE64, and the selected item is lost.
Fixed wrong selected item on some filters
Without this, if the x axis labels are very short (e.g. just numbers), they may be truncated when the graph is rendered.

This is a regression I introduced at some point. and just now came across it on one of the sites I manage. Which affects all the Form's settings input fields in RTL mode. Please update.

…errors if the theme already loaded jQuery and made use of newer jQuery functionality. * Now only loads jQuery only if it is not already available. * When it loads jQuery, the Moodle core version is used instead of the version included with the CR plugin. * Side effect: Also makes sorting columns significantly faster.
