Thanks for the great work, it would be great if we can select/goto a slide by a keyboard hint in jump mode, since we can do navigation and switch modes by keyboard.

🤔 Interesting idea! I will think this through and see if there's a way to implement it without adding too much code complexity.

feat(jump): Better navigation in jump mode

This eventually aims to do arrow-key navigation in jump mode: right now it lets you tab through
slides in jump mode, and hit Enter to go to a slide.

Fixes #138
