64-bit processes not supported for Blink1 and ManagedBlink1 libraries (Windows) #56

It would be nice if the Blink(1) libraries supported 64-bit processes.

To dupe the problem, uncheck the "Prefer 32-bit" build option for a demo project on a 64-bit system and run the demo project.

The problems start when trying to enumerate the connected Blink(1) devices.
