Add i18n support #23

When translate these glossaries into other languages, it's better support to switch language by click multi-language menu.

Our website build by hugo that supports i18n default, let's enable it 😄

I try to enable i18n and here is preview https://patch-i18n-start--ospo-glossary.netlify.app/

Looks there is some click event issue, we can not click the "ENGLISH" menu but can visit by link https://patch-i18n-start--ospo-glossary.netlify.app/zh_hans/
