This fixes a bug that makes the app FC after logging in to dropbox for all new users. This bug affects release 19 only, and has been "active" for four days.
I suggest getting this patch out on the android market as soon as possible, as nobody who bought the release19 version will have a working copy.
If nothing else, create a patch version based on release19 and this fix based on release19 - and upload that to the market.
