Added Unicode 11.0 definitions.

This is not a perfect solution, owing to the issue outlined in #14

In fact, at the time of writing, even the Onigmo docs haven't been updated for Unicode 11.0 - for example, there is no mention of /\p{Makasar}/, which is now valid in ruby 2.6.0.
