Notifications is a system for queuing & sending transactional alerts to members of your service via email or internal alerts. Additional methods can be added by creating a driver for things like SMS, twitter, or your custom alert gateway.
to install this package simply add this source to your package configuration file:

and then use this command:
php oil package install notifications
