This PR adds some automation for project management.

Every opened issue it will assign the label triage.
Every opened issue it will be added to the main project. (EDGE22)
Simplify the issue templates to Bug reports and Feature requests.

In order for the automation to work is mandatory to setup 2 project secrets: PROJECT_URL and TOKEN
