can FiraCode display chinese? #620

there is no chineese in Fira code, what you see is probably a fallback font

Well, it’s only the case for that particular chinese font, it wouldn’t solve problem in general. Also, changing character width would be lots of work which I’m not equipped to do, sorry |
I use FiraCode in VsCode and NetBeans,vscode is able to display chinese,but netbeans cannot. |
You may need to set secondary font in your IDE or use another font that supports cjk characters driectly like Inziu Iosevka and Sarasa Gothic. |
For Japanese, I found this solution for NetBeans : RictyDiminished-with-FiraCode |
