Install it with apm command
apm install highlight-column
or from Settings
Highlight column the cursor is at.
And for light theme
You can toggle the highlight temporarily by running 'Highlight Column: Toggle' after clicking 'cmd+shift+p'.
And the opacity can be configured in the package settings.
