Fixes #690. Removes the Modmail Pro module, writes over its settings, and removes most other old-modmail-specific stuff from the extension.
The old modmail link in the modbar has been removed, and so "new" modmail gets the normal "inbox" icon all to itself:
Modmail links in the "moderated subreddits" table have also been removed since it's not possible to link into a specific subreddit in new Modmail to my knowledge:
