Add 'Makefile' and '.gitignore' to use mock for standard build of software, has 'make build' for building in personal rpmbuild repos. The Makefile allows configuring multi-platform builds: I use this for development of Subversion, Samba, RT, and other modified packages.
Requires pull #3 to allow non-root compilation.
