Featured Hashtag Page Throwing Up Ambiguous Error

Expected behaviour

When adding a hashtag at settings/featured_tags and there is a problem there should be a clear error message

Actual behaviour

I added a hashtag, a red error message appeared at the top of the page "Something isn't quite right yet! Please review the error below" but there are no other error messages on the page

Steps to reproduce the problem

Trying to add an 11th featured hashtag, nothing on the page indicates if there is a limit to hashtags or what the problem is with this hashtag so I don't know why I can't add it
