Adpated changes by chiqomar with minimal changes to get this PR approved and merged.

Accomodates the changes in tox that caused tox-pipenv to break

I'd love to, tagged master for 1.9.10 release, but turns out only @tonybaloney has the rights to do releases...

@tonybaloney was blazing fast and now it's out at https://pypi.org/project/tox-pipenv/1.10.0/
