Program allowing to transmit and receive video from computer's camera using udp. For future use in cable-controlled drones.
Currently video is both transmitted and received by the same computer (windows), for test purposes.
To build tranmitter and receiver use build_all script (cmake and msbuild needed). To use tranmitter and receiver use run_all script.
