wordpress mlm pro installing problem

after install plugin i got above error and the plugin cannot activate please give me solution i have tired...please help...

enable php 5.3 version in server.

changed php version to 5.3 but still didnt work

la version de PHP debe ser 5.3 y MYSQL 5. para que funcione correctamente.! activar la opcion de ionCube Loader Wizard que esta en Cpanel, o descargar de internet DLL para que pueda funcionar.
debes incluir XAMPP:
php.ini - zend_extension = "C:\xampp\php\ext\ioncube_loader_win_5.3.dll"
