Summary of the problem

config.cfg includes a link to the whois for an IPv6 address, of the form https://www.sixxs.net/tools/whois/?addressgoeshere
If you visit this page, you get a notification that SixXS became a static website on June 6, 2017. A link to their sunset notification can be found here: https://www.sixxs.net/sunset/

It's probably safe to remove this URL, as there isn't one for the IPv4 address.
