This commits removes several differences between our styles. The day chosen to diff against the Evernote styles is 23 September 2013. This will reduce conflicts when picking subsequent commits from Evernote, and also will remove some glitches in our UI that appeared with the last UI changes we picked from Evernote. Some minor bugs in display were introduced, namely the vertical missalignment of the language picker from the top bar.
