Add Rebrickable.com and Brickset.com to HTML Part List lookup sites.

See #196 and #226 for details on how to generate an HTML Part List report.

LDraw.org Part Tracker - Official parts do not show a part image because there is no link to the 'Details' page. Unofficial parts show a part image as there is a link to the 'Details' page so the HTML report will automatically use the 'Details' url for Unofficial parts in order to show an image.
