There is no good standard for ECIES, so unless someone creates one or
points me to the widely supported one, I am hesitant to re-enable this.
Also I personally think that NaCl cryptobox is much better than any
ECIES implementation, so I would recommend to use this or similar Ed25519-
base scheme.
