Makefile: LLVM BOLT Support

- Makefile: Add LLVM BOLT build

Usage:

make BOLTPREP=1 <target> ;  make run_bolt

- run.c / runq.c : Enable exit command in prompt in embedded model builds

- README.md: Update usage
