The goal of this analysis is to understand the satisfaction. We aim to understand the trend of airline.
The data for this analysis was obtained from Airline Passenger Satisfaction. The data is available in the https://mavenanalytics.io/data-playground?tags=3cgwtPRmxwnqScuhpPMCoF file in CSV format.
I carried out various tests (anova) to answer different questions. Then, I made models to understand the contribution of the different variables.
