This PR adds the tutorial about DGSEM with flux differencing to the documentation.
It contains, first, a short theoretical part (in 1D) introducing the strong/weak form DGSEM with notation and the flux differencing form. Then, the implementation in Trixi is explained for the 2D compressible Euler equations and two different combinations of volume/surface flux.
