First version with final initial feature set. Be sure to check out the manual. To run, execute ./bin/TruffleHog. It should work out-of-the-box on Linux. If you run into problems, try running java -jre ./lib/TruffleHog-0.1.jar.

The Windows version has no IPC capability and therefore only runs in demo mode.
