Replication:

  • Start steampipe query
  • Run a query against a plugin
  • Kill plugin-manager
  • Run a query against the plugin

plugin-manager should have started with the plugin - but it didn't
query comes back with Error: rpc error: code = Unavailable desc = error reading from server: EOF (SQLSTATE HV000)
