Dashboard UI benchmarks with both child controls and benchmarks do not render the controls

If you have a benchmark that has both controls and benchmarks as children, only the child benchmarks are rendered - the child controls do not appear, even though we have the results for them.

In the below screenshot we have Azure CIS 1.5 - section 1 has both controls and benchmarks as children (e.g. controls 1.3 onwards) but only the child benchmarks are rendered:
