Version: 0.1.0

 ~ $ steampipe -v
steampipe version 0.1.0
 ~ $ steampipe plugin install steampipe
Error: plugin install failed for plugin 'steampipe'

running the instal again seems to work...

Initial install failed:

 ~ $ steampipe -v
steampipe version 0.1.0
 ~ $ steampipe plugin install steampipe
Error: plugin install failed for plugin 'steampipe'

Second install worked:

 ~ $ steampipe plugin install steampipe
Installed plugin: steampipe

adding debug logging for now - when we have more information we can determine what to do
