Setting up Cutt.ly API

Steps:

1. Login to https://cutt.ly/
2. On left side under More option, and then under API key. Go to that Page
   
3. On Right most side, you will get option to add API key.
4. Paste the API key in config.ini file(CUTTLY_SECRET=<api-key>)
