I thought this section was ambiguous as well. It's not clear that the effects passively work when the transitions plugin is included. |

I'm assuming this is referring to an explanation of the differences between 2.x and 3, a lot of which are somewhat outlined in #6342 and commented on, etc. If you were adopting 3 and coming from 2.x with no knowledge of the differences, what would you want to know? |

No worries ;). That'll be handled by the PR and perhaps another page. Don't know if I want to go through all that work again though. |
