Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Orphan instances should be avoided as much as possible. @treeowl showed some progress in this direction in #394, where he was able to remove a lot of content from several Instances.hs files. The idea is to continue the work in this direction.

Describe the solution you'd like

Ideally, no orphan instances, and no Instances.hs module.
