Added HD grunt stretcher sequence. #15

The new HD model has been tested in game. With the HD strecher.mdl, the sequence now plays correctly. All models using this sequence have been inspected in HLAM.

The animation has also been patched for the HD male BlackOps and also tested in game by temporarily replacing hgrunt_opfor.mdl with massn.mdl .

Note: If you look until the end of the animation, you will notice the grunt is slightly sliding away from the stretcher. This behavior has also been observed in the current Opposing Force Steam release. In the future, the animation can be edited in blender.
