Installation Problem: Open VBX

Hi All,
Needed some help on installing the OpenVBX on WAMP environment. Have followed the instrtuction provided for the OpenVBX.
Initial system requirement were passed and it has prompted to continue by clicking on "Install" or "Next" button.

When I clicked it, it throwed the error in the json format as shown below

We never tested OpenVBX running on Windows. Only on *nix environments.
