Need to migrate to Apollo Kotlin 3.x to be able to update (due to deprecated @SkipWhenEmpty usage in their internal tasks)

Edit: this gradle message appears to be a false positive, @SkipWhenEmpty is not actually deprecated in 8.0 - https://docs.gradle.org/current/javadoc/org/gradle/api/tasks/SkipWhenEmpty.html
