Related to #3

I choose sass (Dart Sass) module as SCSS preprocessor.
It's because of that node-sass (LibSass) is deprecated.

CI lint check fail is caused by sveltejs/eslint-plugin-svelte3#10 .

I turned off CI checking about style tag.
See sveltejs/eslint-plugin-svelte3#10
and sveltejs/eslint-plugin-svelte3#55
