Store scheduled tasks in database

Let's figure out how we want to store planned tasks in the database when the user schedules them on the tasks screen. We need to be able to differentiate between scheduled tasks and tasks that the user has actually completed. Both types of tasks should have a description, category, start time, and stop time.
