It'd be nice to have an option to keep reconnection every n seconds or at least multiple times

Proper reconnection code

The app will now attempt reconnecting at various intervals,
indefinitely, with an increasing delaay up to 15 minutes.
Fixes issue #23.

Also minor cleanup in RelayConnection, RelayConnectionHandler, and
WeechatActivity.

This should be fixed. The latest development code has much better support for reconnection(though not perfect).
