... on a device that does not actually have the certbot package because it does not have an TLS sites: don't activate that certbot service/timer unless certbot is installed.

  1. Check that directories match between Apache and certbot.
  2. Remove cert when site is undeployed. Otherwise, when site is recreated with a different siteId but the same hostname, trouble will soon follow.
