droid: add support for Android 7.1 in droid-discover #1

This patch makes module-droid-discover loads module for API level 24 if
Android version is 7.1. This is a bit misleading because the actual API
level for 7.1 is 25 but Ubuntu Touch uses number 24 instead.

Note that I didn't add dependencies on pulseaudio-module-droid-24 &
pulseaudio-module-droid-glue-24. If the package isn't installed, the
module will fail with "Unsupported Android version", which is same as
before.

This should make touch.pa file override like https://github.com/fredldotme/device-sony-suzu/blob/n-mr1-ubports/rootdir/system/halium/etc/pulse/touch.pa redundant.
