I still think a "First-name Last-name" name would be fun. Like "James Tyler" or so, but with a better name. Speaking of which: you know what happens with naming polls---Parsey McParseFace! Something simple, possibly too long:

Aww, you guys.
I'd call it Trebek -- the guy that tells you what types of questions you
can choose, gives you the questions, tells you when you're wrong.
Or maybe Atlas. Double entendre -- similarly does the "heavy lifting", or,
in the domain of maps, a helpful knowledge resource.

Though if you're going with "heavy lifting", there's only one name to use,
AND THAT NAME IS...

Some animal related names with which it would also be easy to have a memorable icon. AngryOtter: The otter is dissatisfied by your lack of sophisticated NLP algorithms (In tutorials you have an angry otter at the top ("What!? Bag of words and linear regression?") , and a satisfied otter at the bottom ("State of the art model. Sophistication level: Acceptable.") SmartDonkey: The donkey is too stupid to do anything really, but its smart enough to pack the best NLP algorithms so you can use them. SirNobleCat: Cat in Victorian suit with monocle and proper hat. Discusses the value of attention in Q&A models while sipping wine at the fireplace. |

how about just gin? |
Yeah, for when |
But isn't installing ten gins better than one gin? Or 10x Gin! |
|
What about giNN ? |
|
ha booze! is nice.
I don't know about you but on the tenjin front, even with my love of Japan
I actually find the Japanese names for things a bit cringey. But then
again, I think I'm hanging out with all these otaku guitar players so I'm
probably more knee-deep in it than you would be.

We have it! We have it! tensor-hans !!! (or reader-hans ?) |
A pun on https://github.com/openai/cleverhans ? Should be |
Sounds good...but...Hans wasn't a smart horse in the end, it just read off people's reactions and acted upon that...experiments showed it If you want to name it after a genuinely smart animal, consider (gorilla) Koko, who knew more than 1 1000 symbols - TensorKoko I mean....come on....a monkey using a keyboard, exhibiting linguistic knowledge!!! |
Linguist here to nitpick: primates use language in non-compositional ways
and can't be considered as possessing/exhibiting linguistic knowledge :)

this, used A KEYBOARD to learn a language - TensorKanzi

I feel like I missed something because I don't get at all this 'pip
install' thing at all. I'm reminded of like some lady in a clothing
store...
Salesperson: "Wow, this 'tenjin' would look great on you."
Lady: "Oh? Reeeally? Do you think so?"
Salesperson: "Would you like to try it on?"
Lady: "Oh, well okay, um.. 'pip install tenjin'?
Salesperson: "Fantastic!"
Lady: "Yes!! I think so too! I'll take it!"
