Description

The theme enqueues an accordion.css file in the wp-blocks, directory via the ucsc_setup() function in functions.php. This style sheet conflicts with the editor styles in the ucsc-content-blocks plugin that is currently under development.

This style sheet should be removed from the theme and the corresponding function edited so that it is not enqueued.
