This changes many code examples in the user manual so their comments use 40 or fewer characters per line. This makes the user manual look better and be more responsive.
This also changes en.error to point to manual.umple.org instead of the cruise site, making the URLs shorter and more portable. That could make oustanding work unmergable since all lines in en.error are changing.
Finally it fixes a few missing links in en.error to manual pages.
