Look into creating a workflow diagram which gives on overview of onboarding into Kindly

who will contribute and how (non-technical vs technical)
what's the need to know info
what contributions one can make (ie training data, documentation, issues)
index of useful code

Useful code to add to index:

Google Sheets API to Github (potential blog post too with in-depth info)
process function in api.py where options for where input text will be processed (ie our model or cardiffnlp)

@nathanfletcher @lacabra: Any other interesting or important blocks of code I could add?
