Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Since AtomBaseEventReference class is kind of a wrapper for AtomEvent like IntReference is a wrapper for IntVariable, it would be expected to have Raise methods inside of it just like we have Value property inside of IntReference.

Describe the solution you'd like
Let users raise events directly from AtomBaseEventReference "for convenience sake"
