Purpose

Turns off a lot of raycasts so UI will be a bit more optimised.
Adds colour to syndicate and cc tcomm's.

Changelog:

CL: Some UI optimisation
CL: Add colours to cc and syndicate tcomm channels

* Adds multiple character selection

* added in the capture functionality to the CC script
