This the documentation to be generated with Python Sphinx. It gives the possibility to host the documentation at readthedocs.org No major changes were made yet to the documentation itself.

This allows the documentation to be generated with Python Sphinx.
It gives the possibility to host the documentation at http://ctags.readthedocs.org
No major changes were made yet to the documentation itself.
