Update zgen description, clean up Themes section

Description

• Update zgen framework's description
• Fixed various inconsistencies in casing, missing dashes and a variety of typos in the themes section.

Type of changes

• A link to an external resource like a blog post
• Add/remove a tab completion
• Add/remove a plugin
• Add/remove a theme
• Text cleanups/typo fixes
